Rental Rates

Rates are based on 8:30am - 5:00pm access on weekdays. Earlier access, or later end times can be arranged for an additional cost. Weekends can also be accommodated however the cost will be quoted based on your project’s needs.

1 Day Rental

A single day rental is any rental from 6 - 8 hours long

$650.00 + HST

2 Day Rental

Hold your two day training course with us and save $100.00 of our regular 1 day rental rate.

$1150.00 + HST

3 Day Rental

Any 3 consecutive week days, save .

$1650.00 + HST

4 Day Rental

Take our space for four days and save even more.

$2100.00 + HST

5 Day Rental

Take our space for an entire week and save even more.

$2500.00 + HST

Hourly Rental

Based on a minimum of 2 hours

$150 + HST

PARTIAL DAY, WEEKEND AND EVENING RENTALS ARE AVAILABILE.
