Corporate learning has changed. Moving forward more learners will want to connect virtually instead of coming in person. LearnerFirst has invested in a technology infrastructure that will keep the Learner Experience front and center for both remote and live students.
Audio - We have invested in Audio technology that allows remote students to communicate with the instructor and live participants regardless of where they sit in the classroom. Instructors are no longer tethered to their desks, instead they are free to roam the room.
Video - Sure, a camera in the front of the room capturing a group of live students is nice, but what does that give remote students? A small gallery square with a bunch of tiny faces in it. With no way to truly connect with live participants. At LearnerFirst we include a camera and connectivity at EVERY workstation. That way live students can connect to remote training sessions and appear in their own gallery image. This allows remote students to see who is speaking, and enables instructors to create breakout groups with a mix of live and remote students.
Virtual Producer - LearnerFirst are supported by Learngistics team of virtual producers. Whether onsite or connected remotely, our producers will ensure a more enjoyable experience for your learners.

If you want your learners to remain focused and engaged they need to be comfortable. In our studios, learner comfort is a prime concern.
Our space includes height adjustable chairs on wheels complete with lumbar support.
We limit our learning studios to a maximum number of participants to ensure enough space for each learner to be comfortable.

There are many unseen factors that can affect an adult learner’s ability to focus:
HVAC - Our learning studios are self contained spaces with independent, controllable HVAC systems that allow you to maintain the temperature for your learners.
Noise - Having exclusive use of the learning studio removes any chance of sound bleed from other rooms, a common concern in multi-room training centers.
Keep Your Learners Refreshed
Make use of our refridgerator and countertop space to provide refreshments to your learners. We encourage our clients to arrange their own catering, or if needed, we can manage that for you.
Additionally, our studio features full natural daylight combined with indoor LED lighting to help learners remain alert the entire day through.
An Enhanced Hybrid Learner Experience
Good audio is as important as good video. If students can’t hear or understand what the instructor is saying, or conversely if the instructor can’t hear or respond to questions from remote students, the learner experience suffers. Utilizing top quality audio helps improve the quality of the training for remote learners.
It’s important for remote learners to feel connected with the classroom. By using high quality cameras that focus on the instructor as he moves around the room we can maintain some of that in-class feeling.
Elevate the experience for your online learners by engaging our onsite producer to help manage the technology. Our producers manage breakout rooms, chats, offer support to remote learners and can even monitor and mix camera angles within our studios.

An In-room Producer to manage your virtual Learners.
For events that include virtual learners, our Facility Manager can act as an in-room producer, managing the technology and offer tech support for learners trying to connect. They can also help manage the chat channels and breakout rooms. All with the goal of allowing the facilitator to focus on what they do best.
